When You Arrive

Pick Up Your Badge

Pull up your registration confirmation email and head to Registration, located in the East Salon in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Registration opens at 10 am on Wednesday.

Get the Lay of the Land

There’s a lot to see and do at ONS Congress. Wander around the convention center to familiarize yourself with where everything is. You’ll find maps in the app, but if you can’t find your way, simply ask a staff member in a navy ONS shirt to point you in the right direction.

Don’t forget to take some time to explore Washington, DC, its monuments and memorials, museums, restaurants, neighborhoods, and much more!

When You Return Home

Submit Your Evaluation

You must complete your evaluation by 11:59 pm ET on May 16 if you want to earn NCPD contact hours from ONS Congress. No exceptions will be made. You can access the evaluation through the ONS Congress app or at courses.ons.org

Learn Even More Through Recorded Sessions

Your educational experience doesn’t have to end when you leave Washington, DC.  View the list of this year's recorded sessions and begin planning which sessions you’ll watch in person and which sessions you’ll save for later.

We’ll send you more information on how to access recorded sessions after the live event concludes.
